Riverdale's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Bonnabel Bruins 17-2. Considering the Rebels have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Riverdale has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Bonnabel, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Riverdale beat the Bruins by a score of 17-2 later that day.
