The St. Paul Knights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 71-57 victory over Bay Path RVT. That looming 71-57 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for St. Paul yet this season.
Despite the loss, Bay Path RVT still got an impressive performance from Peter Barbale, who scored 26 points. The matchup was Barbale's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Greg Downie, who scored 12 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for St. Paul and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Bay Path RVT, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
St. Paul and Blackstone Valley RVT will round out the year against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at. Blackstone Valley RVT is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Bay Path RVT is on the road again on Friday and play against Auburn at 5:00 p.m. on December 29th. Auburn is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
