Northwood is 10-0 against the Tigers since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Northwood Gators will be playing at home against the LaSalle Tigers at 6:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Louisiana (Northwood is ranked 60th, while the Tigers are ranked 66th).
After a string of six wins, Northwood's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They were outmatched by Huntington at home and fell 72-42.
Meanwhile, LaSalle can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Logansport 77-45 at home. LaSalle's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Northwood's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-11. As for LaSalle, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-2.
