Given Richmond's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 14th, while McCutcheon is ranked 336th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Cedric Horton, who scored 24 points. The matchup was his 14th in a row with at least ten points. Braiden Hogg was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Richmond pushed their record up to 14-0 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for McCutcheon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Richmond and Muncie Central will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Muncie Central and Richmond are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for McCutcheon, they will head out on the road to face off against Logansport at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
