After each having a week off, the Valdosta Wildcats and the Dacula Falcons will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. Valdosta is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
Valdosta is headed into this one coming off a big win against nationally ranked Lowndes (Valdosta was ranked 77th at the time). The Wildcats came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 23-14 on Friday.

Tyrieke Wade produced another solid performance throwing for 201 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 56 yards. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last three games he's played.
Valdosta's defense stepped up as well, laying out Jayce Johnson four times. Zamarian Williams refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself. Another thorn in Lowndes' side was Corey Howard, who picked up a sack and made eight total tackles (3.0 for loss).
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Dacula, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They walked away with a 28-15 victory over Central Gwinnett on Thursday.
Valdosta better keep an eye on Garrison G Cantrell. He was instrumental in Dacula's win, rushing for 49 yards and a pair of TDs, while also throwing for 103 yards on nine of 15 attempts. The dominant performance also gave G Cantrell a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two).
The win got Dacula back to even at 5-5. As for Valdosta, their record now sits at 9-1.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Valdosta has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 259.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Dacula struggles in that department as they've been averaging 185.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Valdosta was taken down by Dacula 55-21 in their previous matchup back in November of 2018. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
