In what's become a running theme this season, the Page Sand Devils gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They really took it to Window Rock for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-36 win at home. The victory was nothing new for Page as they're now sitting on three straight.
Leading Page to victory were Joseph Benally and Tyree Stingley. Benally scored 14 points along with eight rebounds, while Stingley scored 11 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. It was the first time this season that Benally pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Maximus Reid, who scored ten points.
Despite the loss, Window Rock still got an impressive performance from Dyami Toledo, who scored 12 points. Kanaan Marranito was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Page is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. As for Window Rock, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
