Waynesburg Central won the last time they faced Burgettstown and things went their way on Thursday too. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blue Devils.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Waynesburg Central was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-14.

Harper Grimes paced Waynesburg Central's offense, picking up nine kills. Grimes got some help from Chatham Knight and her 20 assists. Lelia McCollum controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Waynesburg Central's win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waynesburg Central will take on Brownsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burgettstown, they will face off against Charleroi at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
