The West Covina Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fifth straight loss. They took a 67-49 bruising from Charter Oak. West Covina was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Despite the loss, West Covina still got an impressive performance from Steven Julio, who scored 20 points. Julio is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight.
West Covina dropped their record down to 11-17 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Charter Oak, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-16.
West Covina does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Charter Oak also has no future games currently scheduled.
