The biggest upset of the week belonged to Springfield Township, who took down 206th ranked Springfield Township, 33-14.
Upper Dublin's Mike Lee recorded the longest rushing play in Suburban One - American this season in his game against Wissahickon last week. Lee ran for 90 yards on the play and finished with 95 on the day as his team fell to the Trojans.
Darius Wills was the best wideout in the league this week as Norristown beat Upper Merion Area. Wills racked up two receptions for 48 yards. Jonathan McCray helped Norristown's passing attack out by catching one ball for six yards.
John Derr provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Upper Dublin fell to Wissahickon. He completed six passes for 62 yards and also ran for 88 yards. Derr's favorite target this week was Khalid Weems, who caught three passes for 33 yards.
Terry Brown was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 14 carries, he ran for 102 yards as Plymouth Whitemarsh bested the Vikings. Corey Kelly also contributed to the rushing game with 81 yards on the ground.
Chris Stone put up the best numbers through the air as the Spartans lost to Cheltenham. He had a total of three completions for 92 yards. Stone's favorite target this week was Matt Krewson, who caught one pass for 45 yards.
Upper Merion Area's Carmen Fortino and Michael Grant have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Suburban One - American in both passing and receiving yards. Fortino has thrown for 627 yards this season, while Grant has 12 catches for 266 yards. The Colonials' Kelly leads the league in rushing yards with 500.
Jeff Cappa's team was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to first in the league. The Trojans beat Bret Stover's team 41-21 earlier in the week.
