Meigs County won the last time they met up with Wartburg Central, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Meigs County claimed a resounding 63-6 win over Wartburg Central. Sixty-three seems to be a good number for the Tigers as the team scooped up a victory with the same point total in their matchup last week.
The victory (their third in a row) raised Meigs County's record to 9-1. The loss dropped Wartburg Central's record to 4-6.
The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against Happy Valley at 7 p.m. ET on Friday. The Tigers have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency. As for the Bulldogs, they do not have any more games currently scheduled.
