Henri Reed Turns in Season-Best Performance
Henri Reed produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Lindhurst to the win on Friday. Reed rushed for 191 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry, and also picked up 34 receiving yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made 12 total tackles.
Lindhurst's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-3. Reed and Lindhurst will venture away from home to challenge Vacaville Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Radich As Golden Sierra Won 49-14
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Preston Radich stepped things up a notch to give Golden Sierra the 'W'. Nobody could stop Radich as he picked up 162 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 65 yards.
Golden Sierra's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. Radich and Golden Sierra will square off against Mesa Verde at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Granados Posts Huge Game in 37-14 Win
Mesa Verde found a leader in Cesar Granados as the squad took down Rio Vista on Friday. Rio Vista had no answer to Granados as he rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns. Granados also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making seven total tackles and defending a pass.
For the season, Granados has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 79.1 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 0.71 rushing yards per game.

Medders and Rio Vista will host Woodland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Medders will face off against Isaiah Hunt, the Cardinals' star quarterback. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
