After two games on the road, Lennard is heading back home. They will take on the East Bay Indians at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Lennard knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy  run totals in its past five matchups -- so hopefully East Bay likes a good challenge.
 Lennard put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  19-1 margin over Blake. Lennard's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
  Juli Rodriguez made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Rodriguez has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Rodriguez was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-4.
 In other batting news, Lennard got a  massive  performance out of  Hannah Rooks, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Mikaila Rodgers, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  runs,  and a  triple.
 Meanwhile, East Bay fell victim to a  tough 9-3 defeat at the hands of Mitchell  on Saturday.
  Molly Johnson spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and eight unearned) runs on nine hits.
 At the plate,  Aisha Duncan was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 3-for-4 with two  doubles, a  stolen base,  and  an  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kamiira Austin, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Lennard pushed their record up to 7-3 with that  win, which was their third straight  on the road. They've been dominating during the  games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 13.7 runs. As for East Bay, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.
 Both Lennard and East Bay just can't seem to miss. Lennard has been making plenty of contact this season,  having  averaged 9.2  hits per game. However, it's not like East Bay struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  only 4.7. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
