The Victor Valley Jackrabbits can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 24-7 win over Silverado. This was payback for Victor Valley, who suffered a 42-0 loss the last time these two teams met.
Victor Valley's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nikolas Blocker, who picked up 87 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Blocker was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 69 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Victor Villa, who rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown.
Victor Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Silverado, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 0-10.
