 Rilynne Cleland was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching four innings while giving up just one earned  (and four unearned) runs off   four  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 5-for-5 with two  RBI and one  run. Those  five  hits gave  her a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Jasmine Smith was a standout: she went 2-for-5 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. Those  three  RBI gave  her a new career-high.  Brooklynne Hereford-Foster was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Beloit Memorial  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 18  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in four consecutive  contests.
