Vermillion fell to Tri-Valley 7-27 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Vermillion walked away with a 18-6 win.
The victory bumped Vermillion's record up to 1-2. Tri-Valley are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Vermillion take on Madison at 7:00 PM. Tri-Valley will look to defend their home turf against Dakota Valley at 7:00 PM.
