Two weeks ago, Clarendon couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a serious blow against Palestine-Wheatley, falling 7-42. Clarendon were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 7-28.
Meanwhile, McCrory came out on top in a nail-biter against Des Arc, sneaking past 30-28.
McCrory's win lifted them to 1-1 while Clarendon's defeat dropped them down to 0-1. We'll see if McCrory's success rolls on or if Clarendon are able to steal their positive momentum.
