Basketball Recap: Kendre Bullard's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Greenville over Selma

Greenville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 73-63 to the Selma Saints. Even though they lost, the Tigers' still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.6 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Greenville lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kendre Bullard, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Jenkins, who posted nine points and three steals.

Greenville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Selma, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Greenville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 74-59 loss against Park Crossing on the 28th. As for Selma, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 64-38 win against New Brockton on the 28th.
