After six games on the road, Ridgevue is heading back home. They will take on the Skyview Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Ridgevue beat Columbia 56-51.
Ridgevue's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keegan Randall, who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for Randall. Another player making a difference was Dawson Phillips, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, Skyview humbled Emmett with a 62-32 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Skyview.
The win got Ridgevue back to even at 3-3. As for Skyview, the victory also got them back to even at 3-3.
Ridgevue came up short against Skyview when the teams last played back in February, falling 59-49. Can Ridgevue avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
