On Friday, the Delta Panthers humbled  the Middle Park Panthers with  a  42-13 victory. Delta's offense checked out after the first half but had enough  points banked to take the game anyway.

 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Delta was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 214  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 177  rushing yards in three consecutive  matches.
 Middle Park lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Jackson Salyards, who threw for 182 yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a rushing score.
 Delta's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Middle Park,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-5.
 Delta didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  28-7  victory against Aspen on the 18th. Middle Park has also  already played their next matchup,  a  28-6  defeat against Coal Ridge on the 19th.
