Edgar won the last time they met up with Chequamegon, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Everything went Edgar's way against Chequamegon on Friday as the squad secured a 64-0 victory. Followers of Edgar probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected six blowout victories.
The win bumped Edgar's record up to 6-0. The loss dropped Chequamegon's record to 1-4.
Edgar will look to defend their home turf next week against Marathon at 7:00 PM. Edgar have bulldozed their previous six opponents, so Marathon might have their hands full. As for Chequamegon, they will face off against Tomahawk. Neither team wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
