The Soquel Knights entered their tilt with the Monterey Dores with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Soquel didn't even let Monterey onto the board and left with a 22-0 win on Friday. Considering Soquel has won four matches by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Among those leading the charge was Justice Grauel tebong, who rushed for 56 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries.
Soquel pushed their record up to 10-2 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Monterey, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
Soquel's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Christopher at 7:00 p.m. on November 25th. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Christopher: 12.3, Soquel: 11.4) so any points scored will be well earned. Monterey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
