Llano is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Ingram Moore is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Yellowjackets will welcome the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Llano is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5 runs per game this season.
On Wednesday, it was close, but Llano sidestepped Florence for a 7-6 victory.
Diana Villa spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and four unearned) runs on eight hits.

On the hitting side, Kaylynne Kasper was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Emilie Clopton was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple and one run.
Llano was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .400 or higher in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ingram Moore). They never let Comfort get on the board and left with a 21-0 win on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Kylie Traub made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Traub was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three stolen bases, and four runs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jaycee Crawley, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Kaylynn Way, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Llano's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Ingram Moore, their win bumped their record up to 17-7-1.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Llano hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .336. However, it's not like Ingram Moore struggles in that department as they've averaged .341. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Llano suffered a grim 20-2 defeat to Ingram Moore in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
