After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gothenburg, the Hershey Panthers were happy to have found some success on Friday. They managed a 49-44 win over Cozad. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hershey also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Among those leading the charge was Emma Hall, who scored 16 points along with 8 steals. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Haily Miller, who scored 9 points along with 10 rebounds.
Hershey now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Cozad, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Hershey will be home for the holidays to greet Kimball at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cozad, they will head out on the road to face off against Valentine at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Valentine's defense has only allowed 30 points per game this season, so Cozad's offense will have their work cut out for Cozad.
