Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Frostproof walked away with it. They came out on top against the Fort Meade Miners by a score of  3-1  on Wednesday. The  victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on four straight.
 Frostproof had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-10, 25-6,  27-25.
 Jennah Harrel paced Frostproof's offense, picking up 11 kills. Harrel got some help from  Hannah Windham and her 19 assists.  Hailey Dixon controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.
Frostproof's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Fort Meade, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.
 Coming up, Frostproof will venture away from home to  challenge Moore Haven  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Fort Meade does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
