The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Walker, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Apple Valley Christian's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.2 points per game. As for Silver Valley, the victory was the 22nd in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-1.
