The Orchard View Cardinals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Whitehall, falling 74-23. Orchard View has struggled against Whitehall recently, as their contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Whitehall was led to victory by Camden Thompson and Kal Koehler. Thompson dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds, while Koehler scored 25 points along with five rebounds. Thompson is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. DJ Jamison was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Orchard View's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-10. As for Whitehall, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Orchard View will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Shelby at 7:00 p.m. As for Whitehall, they will head out on the road to square off against Cadillac at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cadillac has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 257 points over their last four matchups.
