After only one run in their last game, Pueblo East made sure to put some runs up on the board against Pueblo Centennial on Saturday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Bulldogs. Considering the Eagles have won eight contests by more than eight runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Pueblo East let ENZO PECORARO and Jeremiah Ortega run wild. PECORARO went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Ortega went 2-for-3 with two RBI. PECORARO has become a key player for Pueblo East: the team is undefeated when he posts at least three RBI, but 7-11 otherwise. Jayden Rangel was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Pueblo East's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-11. As for Pueblo Centennial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.

Pueblo East didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Pueblo South on the 9th. As for Pueblo Centennial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-6 victory against Coronado on the 7th.
