A Season-Best Performance from Zander Telesz Leads Hickory over Titusville
Zander Telesz produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hickory to the win on Friday. Telesz rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 79 yards and a touchdown on only six passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 88-yard run.
The win was the third in a row for Hickory, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Telesz's next contest is against Grove City on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Joseph Furgiuele Iv continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game with at least 153 rushing yards. He rushed for 163 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, and also picked up 49 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Conneaut Area's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-4. Furgiuele Iv and Conneaut Area will face off against Sharon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
