Kruz Fiddler posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Lincoln Lutheran is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 6-7 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Fiddler and Lincoln Lutheran will challenge Fairbury at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
