Pedro Trujillo Turns in Season-Best Effort
Sadly, Pedro Trujillo posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Shadow Hills over Rancho Mirage on Friday. Trujillo threw for 227 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.1% of his passes, and also rushed for 76 yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Trujillo and Shadow Hills will stay at home for another week and welcome Palm Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights had to take a loss when they last met the Indians, but Trujillo had little to do with the loss: he picked up 127 receiving yards and a touchdown. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
