The Monarch Coyotes scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Tuesday. They blew past Prairie View 84-62. Monarch has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six  matches by 20  points or more this season.
 Monarch's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Evan Trujillo, who  scored 16 points along with five  assists and two  steals.  Graham Johnson was another key contributor,  scoring 17 points along with five  rebounds.
 When it comes to explaining why Prairie View lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Javon Brewton. Despite the final result, he  scored 23 points along with six  assists and six  rebounds. Brewton has been hot recently, having posted two or more  steals the last four times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Randall Rogos, who  scored 14 points along with seven  rebounds.
 Monarch pushed their record up to 15-5 with that  victory, which was their 11th straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Prairie View, they are  on a 11-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-16.
 Monarch will head out on the road to  take on  Erie at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. One thing working in Monarch's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last nine matches. As for Prairie View, they will look to defend their home court  on Friday against Boulder at 7:00  p.m. Hopefully Prairie View focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 24 on Tuesday.
