Jones has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more boards the last 11 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kate Couvillion, who posted 11 points.
Leake Academy found their leader in sophomore Sarah Prince, who went 9 of 13 from beyond the arc en route to 31 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Prince has scored all season. Codi Breedlove was another key player, putting up eight points.
Starkville Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Leake Academy, their win bumped their record up to 30-2.
As of now, neither Starkville Academy nor Leake Academy have any future games scheduled.
