Raft River is 8-2 against the Vikings since December of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Raft River Trojans will be staying on the road to face off against the Valley Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th.
Last Thursday, Raft River was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 42-38 to the Hornets.
Meanwhile, Valley strolled past the Pilots with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 62-44. Valley pushed the score to 48-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Pilots cut but never quite recovered from.
Raft River's defeat ended a nine-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4. As for Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.
Raft River strolled past the Vikings when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a score of 56-42. Does Raft River have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
