Bria Elkins turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than eight strikeouts on Thursday. She struck out seven batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She also tossed three walks, marking her first of the season.

Elkins' strong effort led Morton/White Pass over Chief Leschi and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
