Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Justin Watts, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Watts has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last four times he's played. Matt Martin was another key contributor, scoring 23 points along with four steals and two blocks.
El Camino struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They are 1-6 when they can't control their own glass like that.
Sacramento's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sir Marius Jones, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Jones is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendahl Hearne, who scored 20 points along with two steals.
El Camino has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-21 record this season. As for Sacramento, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 18 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season.
