Rains came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Prairiland Patriots 13-1. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly 12 runs.

Rains' victory bumped their record up to 12-9-1. As for Prairiland, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rains will challenge Winnsboro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prairiland, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Commerce at 6:00 p.m. Commerce has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.47 runs per game on average), something Prairiland will no doubt try to take advantage of.
