Paint Rock is on a three-game streak of home losses, Moran a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Paint Rock Indians will take on the Moran Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Friday, Paint Rock had to suffer through a rough 54-6 loss at the hands of Rising Star.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 51-6, which was the final score in Moran's tilt against Panther Creek on Saturday. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
The losses dropped Paint Rock to 4-4 and Moran to 2-6.
Everything came up roses for Paint Rock against Moran when the teams last played back in October of 2022 as the squad secured a 72-22 win. Will Paint Rock repeat their success, or does Moran have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
