Softball Recap: Monday's Win Is Brantley's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

With a playoff win on the line, Brantley rose to the challenge on Monday. They never let the Red Level Tigers get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Brantley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Red Level, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-11.

As of now, neither Brantley nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
