Cotter never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Mammoth Spring on Monday. Everything went their way against the Mammoth Spring Bears as they made off with a 26-0 victory. The Warriors' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Gracyn Jackson was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). Jackson was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
In other batting news, Cotter got a massive performance out of Avery Rice, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. Riley Brotherton was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
