Frassati Catholic has struggled against the Pioneers recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Lutheran South Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ben Hughes, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Kai Conerly was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Frassati Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Lutheran South Academy, their win bumped their record up to 13-14.

As for Lutheran South Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
