Abigail Grubbs was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and six unearned) runs off seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Juliangelis Matos and Aubrey Zechmann did most of the damage at the plate: Matos went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while Zechmann went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI.
Wiregrass Ranch's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pasco, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster.
