The Chesterfield Golden Rams won the last time they faced the Great Falls Red Devils, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Chesterfield blew past Great Falls 54-11 at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chesterfield.
Kierra Diggs was on fire: she scored 21 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Chesterfield's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrahjah Robinson, who scored 12 points.
Chesterfield's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Great Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chesterfield will take on Anson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Anson comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Great Falls, they will be playing at home against Andrew Jackson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Andrew Jackson focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Wednesday.
