Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Carter Bennett stepped things up a notch to give East Burke the 'W'. Bennett threw for 50 yards and one TD while completing 85.7% of his passes, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in passer rating.

Looking ahead, Bennett and East Burke will head out on the road to square off against Hibriten at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
