Wallington have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on St. Mary at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Wallington have to be aching after a bruising 6-31 loss to Park Ridge two weeks ago. Wallington were down by 0-24 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, St. Mary suffered a grim 0-34 defeat to Park Ridge last week. St. Mary were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-21.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
