Seymour barely beat Quanah the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Seymour Panthers were the clear victor by an 11-1 margin over the Quanah Indians on Tuesday. That looming 11-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

Avery Parrish made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 15 over six innings pitched. Parrish was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

In other batting news, Brayden Loyd was a standout: he scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-4. Tanner Moore was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

The victory was the third in a row for Seymour, bringing their record for this year to 4-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Quanah, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Seymour beat Quanah by a score of 17-15 later that day.
