The Sullivan Redskins will take on the Robinson Maroons at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sullivan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.
Sullivan's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]. The Redskins not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 6th (when they won 22-7).

Player #23
| 04/20/26 @ Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] | 3 |
| 04/06/26 @ Neoga | 2 |
| 03/21/26 vs Jacksonville | 2 |
| 04/15/26 @ Meridian | 1 |
| 04/13/26 @ Villa Grove | 1 |
Player #23 was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Aeralyn Thrasher was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Player #10, who went 4-for-5 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Sullivan kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] only managed two.
Meanwhile, Robinson had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They skirted past the Tigers 5-3.
Eva Hermann spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on nine hits.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Leighton Boyd, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Brylee Yates, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Sullivan now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Robinson, their win bumped their record up to 12-6.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Sullivan has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9 hits per game. However, it's not like Robinson struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4.9 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Sullivan came out on top in a nail-biter against Robinson in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, sneaking past 10-9. Do the Redskins have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Maroons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
