Skidmore-Tynan entered their tilt with Refugio on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 19-4 margin over Refugio. Skidmore-Tynan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Skidmore-Tynan's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.6 runs over those games. As for Refugio, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-6 record.

Looking ahead, Skidmore-Tynan will venture away from home to face off against Pettus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Refugio, they will be playing at home against Woodsboro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Bobcats surely won't give up without a fight.
