Owen Jurjavcic Drops League-Best Effort on Friday
Starting off the list is East Palestine's Owen Jurjavcic, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wellsville was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Tyrell Watkins did his best to prevent it. Despite the defeat, Watkins was still balling out as he picked up 81 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards.
On the season, Watkins has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 39.7 receiving yards per game.

Valley Christian picked up their sixth consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Deion Miller. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
For the season, Miller has thrown 19 touchdowns (and and only 1 picks) while averaging 163.1 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 11.29 passing yards per game.
