Claire Rogers-Lewis made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out 14 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off two hits. Those 14 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Rosie Mays-Smith, who went 4-for-5 with one home run, nine RBI, and four runs. Those nine RBI gave her a new career-high.
