After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clinton Central, the Culver Academies Eagles were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mishawaka Marian 60-9 at home. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Culver Academies' 24-point performance the game before.
Culver Academies' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Valencia Miller, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds. Reid Seddelmeyer was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Culver Academies' victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Mishawaka Marian, the last time they won on the road was back back in November. Having now lost four straight away contests, they've bumped their record down to 1-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Culver Academies has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Argos at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. Mishawaka Marian will take on Penn at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Penn focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Saturday.
